Lead times have reduced following a prolonged period of high demand and, whilst demand remains high, orders are being fulfilled as soon as possible. Current lead times for our most popular models are averaging around 3 weeks and closer to 6 weeks for other models.

All our log cabins are delivered by HIAB Crane Lorries. This means we unload the cabin kit complete in its packaging so it can be stored until the point when you are ready to build.

The cabin can be stored on its pallet in its packaging protected from the elements until you are ready to build.
Minumum storage space required. Typical pallet size is 5m long x 1m wide x 0.7m high but once unpacked it will take up a lot more space!
Some of our competitors state the cabin will have to be unloaded by hand. They state the driver will require assistance unloading the lorry taking the kit off piece by piece. This can take over an hour with two or three helpers and organising helpers during the week may not be easy.
With ever increasing haulage costs offering the same delivery costs throughout UK postcodes can be difficult and, therefore, there is an extra charge for deliveries to Scotland.

Following your order we will track its progress and inform you of an expected delivery date. Delivery is normally within 2 to 3 weeks (depending on when a delivery truck is in your area) of placing your order for log cabins in stock. If the cabin falls out of stock then delivery takes 5 - 6 weeks. Bespoke cabins made to order may take up to 12 weeks to manufacture and deliver.

Please note:
Following delivery please inspect each item to ensure it is not damaged. If an item needs replacing it will be necessary to identify the part, by referring to the instruction booklet, so that a replacement part can be despatched. We will need to contact the manufacturer for replacement parts which will be despatched by courier as soon as possible.
All our cabins come with a 12 month warranty to replace damaged or defective parts.
